Our residents have access to many unique educational opportunities and a proactive approach to one's own education is fostered and encouraged. We expect our residents to be academically curious and pursue a scholarly project of their interest. Through our mentorship program, residents work with one or multiple mentors to identify a fulfilling academic pursuit.
Significant time each week is devoted to resident education and department conferences.
